The conclusion, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding the application of all other conflict laws.

This Agreement is made in Haizhu District, Guangzhou. In the event of any dispute between the Parties concerning the content or performance of this Agreement (including but not limited to disputes over contract or other property rights and interests), the Parties shall settle the dispute through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, both parties agree to submit the case to the jurisdiction and handling of the Haizhu District People's Court of Guangzhou.

Indrasoft recommends players to fill in your real name, ID number and other relevant information when applying for a user account, in order to better experience the game services brought by Indrasoft.

Important note:

1 The Indrasoft Game License and Service Agreement is entered into by you (hereinafter also referred to as the "User" or the "Player") and Hainan Indrasoft Software Co., LTD. This agreement has the effect of contract.
2 Before users use the game software (hereinafter also referred to as "Indrasoft Games") and related services (hereinafter referred to as "Indrasoft Game Services") provided by Indrasoft, Indrasoft specifically reminds users to read all terms of this Agreement carefully. In particular, the provisions which exclude or limit Indrasoft's liability (such terms usually contain words such as "no liability", "no obligation", "no warranty"), the provisions which limit the rights of users (such terms usually contain words such as "shall not", "shall not", "shall not"), the application of law and the dispute resolution provisions, These terms shall be applied to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the People's Republic of China and are usually marked in color or bold font.
3 If the User does not agree to any of the terms of this Agreement, the User shall not install or use the Indrasoft game software and shall not enjoy the Indrasoft game services. By clicking "Accept" and installing Indrasoft Game Software, or registering, starting to use and/or continuing to use Indrasoft Game Services, the User shall be deemed to have agreed to and accepted all terms of this Agreement. You may not thereafter raise any form of defense for failure to read/agree to the contents of this Agreement or similar grounds.
4 Users have the right to monitor whether Indrasoft and Indrasoft's staff provide services to users in accordance with the standards officially published by Indrasoft during the period of receiving Indrasoft game services, Comments and suggestions relating to Indrasoft's products and services may also be made to Indrasoft at any time.
5 If the User is under 18 years of age or does not have full civil capacity, the user shall read this Agreement accompanied by a guardian, and after obtaining the consent of the guardian for the User to use the Indrasoft Game Services provided by Indrasoft and all terms of this Agreement, To use the Indrasoft game services provided by Indrasoft.

A definition and description

Unless otherwise stated, the following words have the following meanings:

1 Indrasoft, the provider of Indrasoft game services, namely Hainan Indra Software Co., LTD and its affiliates. Hainan Indra Software Co., Ltd. and its affiliates may provide you with Indrasoft Game Services through their own websites and platforms, the websites and platforms of partners, and the websites and platforms of licensors.
2 You, also known as "player" or "user". It is a natural person who, through the legal channels provided by Indrasoft, obtains the license of Indrasoft for non-commercial use to install, use Indrasoft game software or accept Indrasoft game services.
3 Indrasoft games: refers to the general term for games provided and/or operated by Indrasoft, including but not limited to computer client games, web games, HTML5 games (H5 games), mobile terminal games, TV games and other games that can be run on different operating systems and terminal devices; Indrasoft games may be provided in the form of software, in which case Indrasoft games also include the related software and related documentation, as well as updates, upgrades, patches, expansions, etc., related to the aforementioned game products. It may also include relevant web servers, websites (including but not limited to the official websites or official wechat public accounts of the aforementioned game products), electronic media, printed materials or electronic documents.
5 Indrasoft Game Services: means the various operational services provided to you by Indrasoft and/or Indrasoft authorized operators in connection with the aforementioned Indrasoft games, including the Indrasoft game software itself.
6 Virtual currency: Indrasoft refers to a virtual item (such as crystal, crystal diamond, etc.) designed by Indrasoft to meet the normal entertainment needs of players in Indrasoft game services, obtained through legal payment channels such as RMB exchange, which can be used in exchange for the right to use various virtual items or value-added services specified in the game, and is limited to use in specific games.
7 This Agreement: means the text of this Agreement, Indrasoft Pass User Service Agreement, Indrasoft User Personal Information and Privacy Protection Policy, game rules and their revised versions. Once the above content is officially released, it shall be an integral part of this Agreement.
8 Game Rules: means the User Rules, player regulations, game announcements, tips and notices regarding Indrasoft games published and revised by Indrasoft Game Service providers from time to time.

II Intellectual Property Statement

1 Indrasoft is the intellectual property rights holder of Indrasoft Games and/or has obtained legal authorization from the legal rights holder to provide Indrasoft games and/or Indrasoft Games Services to users. All Copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights of Indrasoft games (including but not limited to Indrasoft games as a whole and all contents, components or components of Indrasoft games) and all other legal rights and interests of operating such Indrasoft games, And all information content related to Indrasoft games (including but not limited to text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, interface design, layout frame, relevant data or electronic documents, etc.) are protected by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the international treaties acceded to and signed by the People's Republic of China. Indrasoft enjoys the above-mentioned intellectual property rights and legitimate rights and interests, except for the rights that the relevant rights holders are entitled to under the laws of the People's Republic of China.
3 Notwithstanding the provisions of this Agreement, the ownership and intellectual property rights and related interests of the game data generated by you in using the Indrasoft Game Services are owned by Indrasoft, and Indrasoft has the right to store and dispose of the game data. Among them, Indrasoft will comply with relevant laws and international policies for the retention period of users' purchase records of game virtual currency. The retention period of other game data is determined by Indrasoft at its sole discretion, subject to the provisions of national laws and regulations.
4 Indrasoft's text and LOGO (graphics) embodied in the Indrasoft game service, and the text and LOGO (graphics) used in the specific service to identify the name or source of the service (including but not limited to the name, LOGO, ICON of the Indrasoft game service, Indrasoft games and Indrasoft game software developers' names, logos, ICONS, etc.) are trademarks or registered trademarks of Indrasoft and/or its partners in the People's Republic of China and/or other countries/regions.
5 Indrasoft Game Services may involve third party intellectual property rights, if relevant third parties have requirements for your use of such intellectual property rights in Indrasoft Game Services, Indrasoft will inform you of such requirements in an appropriate manner, and you shall comply with such requirements.
6 All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by Indrasoft.

Three Indrasoft Game Software License and restrictions

1 Using the Indrasoft Game Services may require you to download and install relevant software, which you can obtain directly from the Indrasoft website or from a third party authorized by Indrasoft. If you obtain an Indrasoft game or a game with the same name and/or similar to an Indrasoft game from a third party that is not legally authorized by Indrasoft, you will be deemed not to be authorized by Indrasoft, and Indrasoft cannot guarantee the normal use of the game and will not be responsible for any loss caused to you.
2 Indrasoft may have developed different software versions for different terminal devices or operating systems, including but not limited to multiple application versions such as Windows, iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Symbian, BlackBerry, etc. You should download the appropriate version according to the actual situation. After downloading the installation program, you need to follow the steps prompted by the program to install the software correctly.
